Swimwear

For hygiene and safety reasons, all swimwear items (including swimsuits, bikinis, swim trunks, and rash guards) cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please double-check your size using our Size Guide before purchasing.

Swimming Gear & Accessories

Swimming gear and accessories (such as goggles, caps, fins, kickboards, snorkels, bags, and towels) may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

• In their original, unused condition
• With all original tags and packaging intact
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage will not be accepted for exchange.

How to Exchange

To request an exchange, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and the item you wish to exchange. We will guide you through the return process. Shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
